Meditation
Meditation is the practice of focusing your attention inward, away from outside distractions, to aid relaxation, stress relief, boost health and wellbeing, or gain knowledge. In everyday life our mind is constantly on the go, processing thoughts, feelings, visual stimulus, physical sensations. When you meditate, you calm down your mind by narrowing your focus and shutting out the constant external input.
Meditation can reduce the heartrate and blood pressure, enhance immunity, reduce tension, anxiety and stress, aid concentration and creativity. It can help you to create new attitudes and responses to life, giving you a clear spiritual understanding of yourself.

I offer a four week Introduction to Meditation course and monthly meditation classes, please see the details below and contact me if you would like more information.

Introduction to Meditation (Groups)
A weekly 2hour class for four weeks, for a maximum of 6 participants. We will discuss different methods of meditation with plenty of practice along the way. Includes a handbook and CD of selected meditation tracks.

Introduction for Meditation (1-2-1)
Same as the group course but on an in-depth one on one basis, allowing more time for individual discussion and experience of the practice sessions.

Monthly Meditation
A monthly meditation circle running on a Tuesday evening from 6.30-8.30pm. With plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion of experiences.
